Friends of the Johnsburg Public Library
Who are the Friends?
The Friends believe in the importance of a strong, relevant, and well-funded library. They are a registered 501c(3) group that provides direct support and funding for a wide variety of library materials, services and programming.

Membership
Membership is open to individuals of all ages who support the Library and its mission. Several annual membership categories are available, and all contributions are tax deductible.

Friends of the Johnsburg Public Library Scholarship
The Friends of the Johnsburg Public Library Scholarship is a one-time grant of $500 awarded to any high school senior living in the Johnsburg School District boundaries who has a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher and clearly demonstrates a passion for reading and libraries. Book Sales
There is a year-round sale area in the alcove by the Meeting Room, offering a variety of books, movies, music and more for adults and children, all in excellent condition.
Book Donations
The Friends accepts donations of gently used, clean books, DVDs and CDs. Bring your items to the Circulation Desk anytime during library business hours. Donations are tax deductible per IRS 501c (3).
