To access the site, simply click on the "Ancestry Research Database" icon on any of our in-library computers.  The subscription to cannot be accessed outside of the library. is a geneaology website dedicated to family history.  Their 24,000 historical databases contain over 5 billion online records with more being added regularly.

With the Johnsburg Public Library's subscription to the site, you can access:

U.S. Census Collections:  Federal census records dating from 1790-1930, including name indexes and images.
